Shell Recharge Business Case
The case focuses on developing a 15-year business plan and customer value proposition (CVP) for Shell Recharge, supporting Shell’s strategic ambition to expand its EV-charging network and become a leading e-mobility retailer. You must choose either a motorway site or an urban parking-lot site in the Netherlands and design an EV-charging offering using a mix of slow, fast, or rapid chargers. The work includes forecasting transactions, defining growth assumptions, calculating payback periods, and optimizing your CAPEX budget. You must also consider pricing, electricity sourcing, subsidies, and site-specific costs. Finally, you will propose marketing actions and partnerships to differentiate Shell’s charging proposition and drive customer preference.
